English Toast Bread

Recipes from:Carol 自在生活 with some minor changes

Dough Ingredients:
210ml  Cold Water
30g      Sugar
1/2tsp  Salt
20g      Butter
350g    High Protein Flour
1tsp     Yeast

Method:
(1) Put in all the ingredients accordingly to the bread maker.
(2) Select the "Dough" function of the bread maker and press "Start". After the kneading     process has stopped(roughly about 20 minutes, based on your machine), reset your bread maker to "Dough" mode again and continue let the machine knead for another 20 minutes. After the second kneading process has stopped, remove the dough from the bread pan. 
(3) Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl(either vegetable oil or butter), cover with a damp cloth and let it proof for 1 hour or until double in bulk. 
(4) Remove the dough from the bowl, press out the gas in the dough, devide into 2 equal portions. Roll each portion into round shapes, cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 20 minutes.
(5) Flatten each dough and roll out to form a longish oval shape. Starting from the shorter, roll it up like swish roll style. Leave the doughs to rest for another 20 minutes.
(6) Flatten each dough and roll it out again to form a long rectangular shape. Starting from the shorter, roll it up like swiss roll style. 
(7) Place the 2 dough into a greased bread pan and let it proof for 1 hour or until double in size.

(8) Bake in a preheated oven for 40 minutes, 170 Celcius.
